We’ll log and address the current concerns of tenants and manage future requests in an expedient manner. You’ll stay abreast of any issues that arise and receive monthly reporting.
Landlords and Tenants will have custom, portal access to our Buildium software. It’s our one-stop software used for accounting, online payments, maintenance requests, 1099 e-filing, tenant screening, syndicating listings to online rental websites, and sending documents for e-signatures.
