The properties we manage are well maintained as we take pride in making sure you have confidence in the environment you choose to call home. We know that the process of finding the right home to rent can be daunting and sometimes overwhelming so we try to ease the process the best we are able.
In order to be a tenant at one of our units, there are minimum requirements that would need to be met.
- Credit score of 680 and above
- History of on time payments to past landlord or mtg company
- no past evictions
- 3 personal references

Upon Move In:
Please request a Condition and Inventory form. Prior to moving any items into your new home, please take the opportunity to complete the Condition and Inventory form within 3 business days and return to our office. It will allow us an opportunity to address any repairs that may be in need of immediate attention.

911 for any true emergency
The Buncombe County Emergency Communications Center is the central answering point for public safety agencies within our county. The center receives police, fire and EMS emergency requests from the public through an enhanced 911 telephone system.
Water: Upon initial walkthrough Pauer House provides with information on the main water shut off valve. Please turn off the main water valve in the event of any water leaks or water related issues. Once the water has been shut off. Please call our offices and we will respond as soon as possible.
